Processing & Delivery
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item.
Because our boutique includes both carefully selected clothing and exclusive Planted in Purpose designs, some items are fulfilled by different trusted partners. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is completely normal!
Tracking
Once an item ships, tracking information will be provided when available. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! Because some of our products are made or fulfilled specifically for your order, return eligibility may vary by product.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
For other return or exchange requests, please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging to be considered for a return.
Digital products, downloadable products, personalized items, and final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
